Z-Man Games, Inc.
Z-Man Games, Inc. headquarters is in Mahopac, New York, near New York City. The company was named after its proprietor, Zev Shlasinger when it was formed in 1999 to bring back Shadowfist. With the success of Shadowfist, Z-Man Games published its first B-Movie card game, Grave Robbers from Outer Space, and decided to continue to make fun, innovative games.
The company later began publishing English language versions of European games like Agricola. In 2011, Quebec-based distributor Filosofia bought Z-Man Games.
