Isle of Skye: From Chieftan to King will your little kingdom make you king of the island?

Isle of Skye is one of the most beautiful places in the world, with soft sand beaches, mellow hills, and impressive mountain chains. The striking landscape overwhelms everybody. Hundreds of years ago, however, the situation was not as peaceful: 5 clans are competing for dominance, each trying to take away the best swaths of land from one another, and selling off the unpleasant ones for a lot of money. Will your litte kingdom make you King of the island?

In the tile-laying game Isle of Skye: From Chieftain to King, 2-5 players are chieftains of famous clans and want to build their kingdoms to score as many points as possible - but in each game only four of the sixteen scoring tiles will be scored.

These scoring tiles make each game different requiring players to use different tactics and strategies. A good income, however, is always useful, no matter what else is going on.?Each turn, players each place two area tiles in front of them and set the selling price for each tile, one will be discarded and gets no price. Setting a high price is great, but only as long as someone actually pays the price, because if no one opts to buy it, then the seller has to at the same established price.

In the end, the player with the best kingdom, according to victory points scored, which mostly come from the four scoring tiles, becomes the sovereign of the island.
