P.I.: A sultry night in the big city. A lone P.I. prowls the mean streets, trying to keep one step ahead of the cops and rival shamuses. The case had seemed so simple at first, but now we could be talking jewelry heist, mob hit, blackmail... This thing's got more angles than a geometry book!
All you can do is keep asking questions. Search the Waterfront, Chinatown and Main Street. Watch the station, nightclubs and hotels. Keep trying to piece it together, keep asking questions...
P.I. is a deduction game for two to five players. Each player is competing to be the best private investigator (P.I.) in the city. The twist in the game is that each player has their own case to solve, the details of which are known by the player to their right. You are racing to solve your case before your competing players, attempting to work out the crime, the suspect, and the location they are holed up in. Each turn you will reduce the possibilities by either checking out an entire area of the city or looking specifically at one element of your case. As your case is known by the player to your right, not only do you find out when you have got a fact correct, but also when you are close to the truth.
P.I. is a simple game suitable for the whole family. If you like problem solving then this is the game for you.
