Two volumes. Dark blue cloth. Volume one is 255 pages + 40 pages of ads. Volume two is 272 pages. Vol. 1 has two small flakes off the free end pages, a scuff on rear hinge and on lower front cover, spine ends worn. Vol. 2 has a scuff on the upper front cover, a tiny one on front hinge a bit of shelf wear and worn spine ends. The inner hinges of vol. 2 are cracked on the endpages. Bright and tight. London edition precedes the American.
