Obsession: Characters expansion

This all new expansion for Obsession will allow you to: 

- Consult your Reverend: Exchange objective cards when you current objectives are hopeless.
- Send for the Constable: Dismiss all local negative guests from you activity, hand and discard pile.
- Patronize the Dowager Marchioness: Access the prestige guest deck with screened invites.
- Sneak into Higbee's Second Chance Domestice: Quickly and easily hire valets, lady's maids, and footmen who, while entirely lacking references, can still serve in a pinch.

Module - Distinguished Family Members: Players can customize their family by replacing 1 of their ordinary family members with a distinguished family member who has new, enhanced favors.
