King of Tokyo: Power Up! expansion provides each monster with its very own Evolution deck and adds a new monster: Pandakai.

With King of Tokyo: Power Up!, not only do your monsters look different, they evolve differently with their own unique powers! Roll three hearts to draw an Evolution card from your monster Evolution deck. You can still use the hearts to heal. Like Mutation cards, each Evolution card either has a one-time use or ongoing ability.

This 2nd edition of the King of Tokyo: Power Up! Expansion includes Evolution decks for all of the monsters in both the new and old editions of King of Tokyo:
